Honey Mustard Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of frozen vegetables
- All of the spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme)
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and thyme.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard and honey.

4. Spread the mustard and honey mixture over the chicken breasts.

5. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the chicken breasts.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions.

8. When the chicken is done baking, remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

9. In a large skillet, heat the frozen vegetables over medium heat until they are cooked through.

10. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

11. Slice the chicken breasts and add to the skillet.

12. Stir to combine and serve. Enjoy!
