Ingredients:
- 250g chicken breast, sliced
- 250g egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
8. Serve the Hühnchen Nudeln hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
