Huevos con Garbanzos y Tomates
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can garbanzos, drained and rinsed
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garbanzos and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook until the eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
