- 1 whole chicken (about 3-4 lbs)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
4. Rub the marinade all over the chicken, making sure to coat it evenly.
5. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
