Indian Spiced Egg Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Toast the bread in the skillet until golden brown.
3. Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with the spices, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook the eggs until they are set, about 5 minutes.
6. Add the diced tomato to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
7. Place the egg mixture on top of the toasted bread and serve.
