Make Indian Spiced Omelette
Indian Spiced Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Toast the bread slices in the skillet until lightly golden. Remove from the heat and set aside.
3. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the diced tomato to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
7. Place the toasted bread slices on top of the omelette and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Serve the omelette with the toasted bread slices. Enjoy!
