Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup of cooked broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Place one of the tortillas in the skillet and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
3. Top with the cooked broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the broccoli and top with the second tortilla.
5. Place the butter in the skillet and let it melt.
6. Once the butter has melted, carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
7. Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
