Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup bocconcini cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a plate.
2. Top the tomatoes with the sliced bocconcini cheese.
3. Place the basil leaves on top of the tomatoes and cheese.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Serve and enjoy!
