- 2 lbs of white fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 soft taco shells
- 1 cup of Pico de Gallo


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fish is evenly coated.

4. Bake the fish for 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked through.

5. Heat the taco shells in the oven for 5 minutes.

6. Once the fish is cooked, flake it into small pieces.

7. Assemble the tacos by adding the fish, Pico de Gallo, and any other desired toppings.

8. Serve and enjoy!
