Ingredients:

-1 lb. ground beef
-1 onion, diced
-1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
-1 can (14.5 oz) sauerkraut

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 8 minutes.

3. Drain off any excess fat.

4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the ground beef and onion mixture evenly.

5. Top with the diced tomatoes and sauerkraut.

6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
