Ingredients:
-1 lb gluten-free spaghetti
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
-2 cans (6.5 oz each) chopped clams, drained
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1/4 cup bacon crumbs
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gluten-free spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the parsley, clams, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.
5. Sprinkle the bacon crumbs over the top and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
