Ingredients:
-1 lb. of ground turkey
-1/2 lb. of penne pasta
-1/2 cup of diced onion
-1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
-1/2 cup of diced celery
-1 can of cream of mushroom soup
-1/2 cup of sour cream
-1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery and cook until vegetables are softened.
3. In a large pot, cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey and vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
5. Add cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until everything is combined.
6. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve and enjoy!
