-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-3 large eggs
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-1/4 cup butter, melted
-1/4 cup almond flour
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-2 tablespoons apricot jam
-1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
-1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
-1/4 cup chopped almonds
-1/4 cup chopped walnuts
-1/4 cup chopped pistachios
-1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

4. Slowly add the melted butter and almond flour to the egg mixture, stirring until combined.

5. Add the vanilla extract and heavy cream to the mixture and stir until combined.

6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until just combined.

7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.

8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely on a wire rack.

10. In a small saucepan, heat the apricot jam over medium heat until melted.

11. Spread the melted jam over the top of the cooled cake.

12. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and macadamia nuts over the top of the cake.

13. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the topping to set.

14. Cut the cake into slices and serve.
