Ingredients:

-1 package of orecchiette pasta
-1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 onion, diced
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-2 cups baby spinach
-1/2 cup vegetable broth
-1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orecchiette and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.

4. Add the white beans and spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.

5. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.

6. Add the cooked orecchiette and stir to combine.

7. Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
