-4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 pound green beans, trimmed
-1 tablespoon butter
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

5. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

6. Add green beans to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly charred.

7. Serve salmon fillets with charred green beans. Enjoy!
