-1 lb. elbow macaroni
-1/4 cup butter
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-2 cups milk
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in the milk, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the Italian cheese blend and Parmesan cheese.

5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
