Ingredients:

-1 lb ground pork
-1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
-1/4 cup finely chopped fresh ginger
-1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-4 sub rolls
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-1/4 cup Sriracha
-1/4 cup honey
-1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, panko breadcrumbs, ginger, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Form the mixture into 16 small meatballs.

4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until all sides are browned and the meatballs are cooked through.

5. Place the cooked meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

6. While the meatballs are baking, mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and green onions in a small bowl.

7. Split the sub rolls and spread the mayonnaise mixture on both sides.

8. Place the cooked meatballs on the sub rolls and serve. Enjoy!
