Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Girgolas
- 1/2 cup of chopped purple onion
- 1/2 cup of cooked garbanzos
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 8 corn tortillas
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the Girgolas, purple onion, garbanzos, and cilantro to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
4. Place a spoonful of the Girgolas mixture onto each tortilla.
5. Fold the tortillas in half and serve. Enjoy!
