-1 lb. ground beef
-1 can black beans
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 onion, diced
-1 bell pepper, diced
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon oregano
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 cup uncooked white rice

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink.

2. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, and 1 cup of uncooked white rice to the skillet. Stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve the anti-holiday dinner hot with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
