Ingredients:
-1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
-1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
-1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
-1 onion, cut into thin strips
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork strips and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
4. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
