Ingredients:
- 4 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8 minutes, or until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the heat and set aside.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, parsley, chives, dill, and lemon juice.
5. Spread the butter on the inside of each hot dog bun.
6. Place the cooked shrimp and bacon on the bottom half of each bun.
7. Top with the mayonnaise mixture.
8. Place the top half of the bun on top and press down lightly.
9. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
