inox Swiss Army Knife, Onion
Onion and Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Use the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife to dice the onion.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
3. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are almost set, about 3 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the omelette and cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
7. Carefully fold the omelette in half and transfer to a plate.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Enjoy!
