Israeli-Style Fried Leek and Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

-2 leeks, thinly sliced

-1/2 cup cream cheese
-1/4 cup olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the leeks and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned and softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cream cheese and stir until it is melted and combined with the leeks.

4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
