Italian Herb Chicken Potato Bake

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons Italian herbs
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices of Turkish bread, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded chicken

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place the diced potatoes in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper.

3. Pour the cream over the potatoes and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

4. Top with the cubed Turkish bread and drizzle with melted butter.

5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

6. Remove from oven and top with the shredded chicken.

7. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
