Garlic Roasted Petite Potatoes

Ingredients:

- 2 pounds petite potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Wash and dry the potatoes.

3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.

5. Toss to coat.

6. Roast in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
