Make Jalapeño Poppers

Recipe Name: Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:
- 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
5. In one bowl, place the breadcrumbs. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
6. Dip each stuffed jalapeño half first in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet over medium heat.
8. Fry the jalapeño poppers in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
9. Place the fried jalapeño poppers on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
