Make Jambon and Potato Salad

Jambon and Potato Salad

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 2 oranges, peeled and diced
- 4 slices of jambon, diced
- 1/2 cup of cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Place the diced potatoes in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, oranges, and jambon.

3. Pour the cream over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.

4. Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are evenly coated.

5. Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
