Recipe Name: Jambon and Sweet Potato Hash with Rice and Egg

Ingredients:
- 200g jambon (ham), diced
- 1 cup riz (rice), cooked
- 1 patate douce (sweet potato), peeled and diced
- 1 oeuf (egg)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Add the diced sweet potato to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potato is tender and slightly browned.
3. Push the sweet potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the diced jambon to the other side. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the jambon is heated through.
4. Mix the jambon and sweet potatoes together in the skillet.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the jambon and sweet potatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat the rice through.
6. Create a well in the center of the skillet and crack the egg into it.
7. Season the egg with salt and pepper and let it cook for a few minutes until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
8. Carefully transfer the hash to a plate, making sure the egg stays on top.
