Make Jambon et Ratatouille Omelette
Jambon et Ratatouille Omelette
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of diced jambon
- 1/2 cup of diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup of ratatouille
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the jambon and ratatouille and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Once the eggs are cooked through, remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
