Jambon, Patate, Roquefort Gratin
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 8 ounces jambon, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Arrange the potato slices in the baking dish, overlapping slightly.
4. Top with the jambon slices.
5. Sprinkle the Roquefort cheese over the top.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and milk.
7. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and jambon.
8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
10. Serve warm. Enjoy!
