Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil over medium heat.
3. Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
4. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the dough is smooth and glossy.
6. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
7. Pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
9. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
10. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
11. Cut the choux pastries in half horizontally and fill each with a dollop of whipped cream.
