Jeera Curry Potato and Bean
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of jeera
- 2 tablespoons of curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons of bringle
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add jeera, curry leaves, and bringle to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
3. Add potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add beans and tomato to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
