Make Jowar Carrot Salad

Recipe: Jowar Carrot Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup jowar (sorghum) grains
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1. Cook the jowar grains according to package instructions. Once cooked, let them cool down.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked jowar grains, grated carrots, chopped coriander, mint leaves, and roasted peanuts.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well to combine.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
6. Serve the jowar carrot salad chilled or at room temperature.
