Chicken and Potato Frittata

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooked, diced chicken
- 1/2 cup cooked, diced potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup orange juice

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, water, and orange juice.

3. Add chicken, potatoes, and cheese to the egg mixture and stir until combined.

4. Grease an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

5. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
