Make Kale and Garlic Saute
Kale and Garlic Saute
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the kale and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the kale is tender.
6. Serve warm.
