Make Kangaroo Meat and Vegetable Pasta

Recipe Name: Kangaroo Meat and Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients:
- 250g kangaroo meat, thinly sliced
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the kangaroo meat slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the kangaroo meat from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

4. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.

5. Add the sliced zucchini and peas to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

6. Return the cooked kangaroo meat to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.

7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

9. Serve the kangaroo meat and vegetable pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
