Kanikama, Avocado, and Cream Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- ½ avocado, mashed
- 2 tablespoons of kanikama
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
2. Spread the cream cheese onto the toasted bread slices.
3. Top each slice with mashed avocado and kanikama.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Serve and enjoy!
