Kheema Tomato Potato Curry
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground kheema
-2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
-2 large tomatoes, diced
-1 green chilli, finely chopped
-1 teaspoon cumin powder
-1 teaspoon coriander powder
-1 teaspoon garam masala
-1 teaspoon turmeric powder
-1 teaspoon red chilli powder
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 tablespoons oil
-1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the kheema and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes, chilli, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
5. Add the water and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
7. Serve hot with rice or naan. Enjoy!
