Kielbasa Fettuccine

Ingredients:

-1 large onion, diced
-1 package kielbasa, sliced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-4 slices bacon, diced
-1 pound fettuccine noodles
-1 cup heavy cream
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine noodles and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

3. Add the onion and kielbasa to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened and the kielbasa is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Drain the cooked fettuccine noodles and add to the skillet. Toss to combine.

7. Add the bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
