Kimchi Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups brussel sprouts, halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the kimchi and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the brussel sprouts and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the brussel sprouts are tender.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
