Kimchi Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups brussel sprouts, halved
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the brussel sprouts and cook until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the kimchi and cook until it is heated through, about 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
