Kimchi Tuna Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 ounces of pasta
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and kimchi and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the chia seeds, tuna, banana, and milk and cook for another minute.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add the eggs. Stir until the eggs are cooked through, about 2 minutes.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
6. Serve the kimchi tuna pasta warm. Enjoy!
