Kip, Bloemkool and Tomaten Rijst
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked kip, diced
- 2 cups cooked rijst
- 1 cup cooked bloemkool, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the kip and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the bloemkool, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rijst and stir to combine.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rijst is heated through.
6. Serve and enjoy!
