Make Kivi Raisin Rice

Kivi Raisin Rice


- 1 cup of uncooked white rice
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 2 kivis, peeled and diced
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add the uncooked rice and stir to coat with the oil.

3. Add the water, raisins, and kivi and stir to combine.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve warm and enjoy!
