Kiwi-Marshmallow Chicken
Ingredients:
-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1/4 cup vodka
-2 kiwis, peeled and diced
-1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour and cumin.
3. Dip the chicken breasts into the vodka, then into the flour mixture, coating both sides.
4. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
5. Top with the diced kiwi and marshmallows.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve and enjoy!
