Recipe Name: Knäckebrot Nudeln
Ingredients:
- 250g Nudeln
- 1 Zwiebel, chopped
- 2 Knäckebrot, crushed
- 1 cup Milch
- 1 cup Wasser
- 2 Knoblauch cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp öl
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the Nudeln according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat öl over medium heat. Add chopped Zwiebel and minced Knoblauch, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add crushed Knäckebrot to the pan and toast until golden brown.
4. Pour in Milch and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the cooked Nudeln to the pan and toss to coat in the creamy Knäckebrot mixture.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
