Recipe Name: Knäckebrot Nudeln
Ingredients:
- 250g Nudeln
- 1 Zwiebel
- 2 Knäckebrot
- 1 cup Milch
- 1/2 cup Wasser
- 2 Knoblauch cloves
- 2 tbsp öl
Instructions:
1. Cook the Nudeln according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat öl over medium heat. Add chopped Zwiebel and minced Knoblauch. Cook until fragrant.
3. Crush the Knäckebrot into small pieces and add them to the pan. Stir and cook for a few minutes until slightly toasted.
4. Pour in the Milch and Wasser, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Add the cooked Nudeln to the pan and toss to coat them in the creamy Knäckebrot sauce.
