Make Knoblauch Eier Rührei
Recipe Name: Knoblauch Eier Rührei
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of Knoblauch (garlic), minced
- 4 Eier (eggs)
- 1 Zwiebel (onion), finely chopped
- Pfeffer (pepper) to taste
- Salz (salt) to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the Eier and whisk them together until well combined. Season with a pinch of Salz and Pfeffer.
2. In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the minced Knoblauch and chopped Zwiebel, sauté until fragrant.
3. Pour the whisked Eier into the skillet with the Knoblauch and Zwiebel mixture.
4. Stir the mixture continuously with a spatula until the Eier are cooked to your desired consistency.
5. Season with additional Pfeffer and Salz if needed.
6. Serve the Knoblauch Eier Rührei hot with some fresh bread or a side salad. Enjoy!
