Recipe Name: Knoblauch Eier Rührei

Ingredients:
- 4 cloves of Knoblauch (garlic), minced
- 4 Eier (eggs)
- 1 Zwiebel (onion), finely chopped
- Pfeffer (pepper) to taste
- Salz (salt) to taste

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the Eier (eggs) and season with Pfeffer (pepper) and Salz (salt).
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
3. Add the minced Knoblauch (garlic) and chopped Zwiebel (onion) to the pan. Cook until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
4. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and let them cook for a minute without stirring.
5. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs to scramble them until they are cooked to your desired consistency.
6. Remove from heat and serve the Knoblauch Eier Rührei hot. Enjoy!
