Recipe Name: Korean Inspired Poutine

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup bulgogi beef, cooked and sliced
- 2 cups cheese curds
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup gochujang sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
3. Bake the fries for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
4. In a small saucepan, heat the gochujang sauce over low heat until warm.
5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish.
6. Top the fries with cheese curds, kimchi, and bulgogi beef.
7. Drizzle the warm gochujang sauce over the poutine.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your Korean inspired poutine!
